Our service is only for urgent, episodic illness and injury. Routine care request are triaged back to the patient's GP.
     
   
Patient Feedback
We survey patients regularly after a home visit, and use feedback for continuous quality improvement.
Frequent Callers Policy
We closely monitor and restrict frequent callers, and work collaboratively with Practices to refer patients back to the care of their GP. 
 Admin Support
We have a dedicated GP Liaison team that can help with accreditation documents, 13SICK patient information materials or diverting your phones after hours.
     
     
Saving EDs for Emergencies
Our doctors help to reduce pressure on Emergency Departments and ambulance services by providing urgent care when alternatives are limited.
