13SICK (National Home Doctor Service) provides after hours medical care to patients in their homes and in aged care residences at night, on weekends, and on public holidays via in person consultations or telehealth consultations — when regular GP clinics are closed.
After your consultation with a 13SICK doctor, if medication is required, your prescription is issued electronically after your consultation. Your e-script is sent via SMS to your mobile number with a QR code, allowing you to visit a late night pharmacy or after-hours pharmacy or chemist where the QR code can be scanned and your medication dispensed quickly and securely, when you need it the most.
