At 13SICK, we connect patients with healthcare beyond regular practice hours. As our aged care services grow, we’re looking to hear from Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses who want to help improve access to care for older Australians.
Whether you have years of aged care experience or are looking to bring your nursing skills into this setting, we’d love to learn more about you.
We’re interested in connecting with Nurse Practitioners who are confident working with older patients and keen to support care in residential aged care. You’ll work alongside doctors, facility teams and our operations team to help residents receive timely, coordinated care.
We’d especially like to hear from you if you have experience in aged care, telehealth or managing complex health needs.
Registered Nurses play an important role in helping residents and care teams get the support they need. We’re looking for nurses who communicate clearly, work well with others and care deeply about the experience of older patients.
If you have experience in residential aged care, clinical coordination or supporting care remotely, we’d welcome a conversation.
You’ll be part of a team working to make healthcare more accessible for aged care residents. We work with facilities and clinicians across Australia, and we’re continuing to build services that support residents during the day and after hours.
