Seamless Drug Charting for Resident Admissions | Bulk Billed
Admitting a new resident without an established GP can be complex. Our Telehealth Drug Chart Admission Service provides access to our dedicated After Hours Aged Care Doctors who ensures that new residents have their medical and scripting needs addressed promptly, facilitating a smooth transition into the facility.
All 13SICK services are bulk billed meaning there is no charge to the resident or facility.
Comprehensive Services Offered
Our After Hours service includes:
- Medication Charting: Prescribing and charting necessary medications ensuring accurate and efficient medication management
- Medical Care until a regular GP is established: 13SICK After Hours service can be used by facilities for patients requiring urgent review who have an established GP who is unable to attend
Operating Hours
Our Telehealth Admission Service operates during the following after-hours periods:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Saturday: From 12:00 PM onwards
- Sunday and Public Holidays: 24 hours
This schedule ensures that residents have access to medical care outside of standard GP operating hours.

Our Doctors can prescribe for Aged Care residents using the following prescribing platforms:

- Leecare
- Medsig
- Acredia
Medicare Requirements
All consultation with 13SICK are bulk billed. If the patient does not have a regular GP and needs urgent review we can provide an in-person or telehealth consultation with the resident.

How do I Request a Consultation?
To request a consultation please visit the 13SICK homepage and click on the orange ‘Aged Care’ button. Fill in the patient details and if they are validated at the time of booking the consultation request will go onto our system.
13SICK is an After Hours service and our Doctors work:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM
